Three months

Three is:
3/5 of one hand
1/4 of a year
the number of times I go back into the house every morning cuz I forgot something
how many times I texted you yesterday
the number of times you have folded your own clothes
how many things were in your lunch today
the number of pillows we have
how many rolls of TP we have left...
the number of months I have been the happiest girl in the world
a million times less than how much I have grown to love you more each day

I love you Colin. Three months already feels like a lifetime. But we have forever.

Guitars Unplugged

So last minute, a friend of mine asked me to sub in for her in Guitars Unplugged. Although it is called "Guitars," the cello studio decided to crash the guitar party and play Apocalyptica. I had already committed to another group that eventually didn't work out so I was out of luck. But today, Tuesday, my friend asked me to sub for her. Um YA! So I now have to memorize the music in two days for the performance Thursday night. Its going to be awesome. This is the song we will be playing. Eat that Guitars!!!

Our Weekend

It included:
Going shopping in Idaho Falls
Getting new Jeans
Colin getting a new tie
Rearranged our whole apartment (took all of 45 minutes)
Sleeping in
Going to church (colin wearing the new tie)
Teaching our Sunday school class
Watching the Superbowl
And the highlight was buying the most awesome humidifier ever. Yes, the frog.

Haircut

Another one of Colins genius ideas.

Last night, Colin thought it would be the best idea if we got up early to cut his hair. That is what I have been trying to get Colin to do the past few weekends but I guess that Wednesday morning seemed like a better idea to him. So his alarm went off at 545am, I got up and took a shower then kicked Colin out of bed. before 645 in the morning, Colin had a hair cut. What an accomplishment!! Now its 9pm and I'm about ready to crash.

One of the countless fun things that happen on a daily basis in our little family.
