30 weeks. That's seven and a half months that the little bun has been growing. I cant believe it's only 10 more weeks to my due date. I feel like 30 weeks is a milestone. This milestone week has a lot going on!
Our nephew, Finn, had a little party for the big #1! He is growing up so fast and is so adorable! It has been a while since all the Utah Medleys got together! Taking pictures was an event with so many little ones but was accomplished. Thanks Gideon and Katie for having us over. And we missed you Tammy!
March 1, we close on and get the keys to our house! Move-in-day is Saturday! Talk about a milestone. It's like we're big kids or something moving into a house! We finished most of the packing last weekend and we'll be picking up the rest of our odds and ends during the week. This is our fourth move in the two years we've been married and I am looking forward to staying put for a while.
We love the game Mancala. We play it a lot. Well, I was getting a little burnt out on it so we decided to try out another game. We tried scrabble for about 15 minutes and after I busted out a six letter word and Colin could only come up with three letter words and was stuck with the Q, Z and X, he gave up. We grabbed a deck of cards then realized neither of us could remember how to play any games. Gin Rummy came to mind. We looked up the basic rules. I think the version we morphed into playing isn't exactly the right way to play it but it works for us! I lose WAY more than Colin does but I haven't given up yet! I'll win one of these times.
This is Colin with his card playing partner- the pig. Colin got him for me for Valentines Day and for some reason I REALLY like him. He's so small and fat and red and he has little white hearts on him... He's going to be baby's first little friend. He's already a part of the family.
